  For Boston, for Boston,
  We sing our proud refrain!

  For Boston, for Boston,
  'Tis widsom's earthly fane.

For here all are one, and
  their hearts are true, and
  The towers on the Heights
  reach to Heaven's own blue.

  For Boston, For Boston,
  Till the echoes ring again!

Brookline Man Charged in Stabbing of Students

From the Associated Press, via the Boston Globe:
Boston police arrested a 19-year-old Brookline man Friday for the stabbing of two Loyola University students displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

The two students came to Massachusetts to attend classes at Boston College after Loyola was shut down by Hurricane Katrina. They were stabbed Sept. 14 after getting into an argument with five men outside a convenience store.

Christopher Lau faces charges including one count of assault with intent to murder and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon in Brighton District Court.
After following this story since it broke, I have been confused as to the status of the two victims; most reports list that both were dispaced due to Katrina, although the Herald reports that one of the victims was a Boston College sophomore. The Herald also reported that the perpetrator is an alleged "Asian gang member."

UPDATE: Apparently, they were indeed both from Loyola University (from BCInfo).

UPDATE: The Globe amended the story as originally posted to indicate the suspect, Christopher Lau, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

UPDATE: The Globe now has more details about this story.
